Returns & Refunds Policy

Damaged Products: If your product arrives damaged, please contact our customer service immediately for return instructions. We document and photograph all orders before shipping to prevent fraudulent claims.

Lost Shipments: If a carrier loses a shipment and it is confirmed not delivered, we will reship at no extra cost. If the carrier marks the shipment as "delivered," our obligation is fulfilled, and we cannot offer a free reship.

Missing Products: Should any item be missing from your order, contact us. Upon verifying the claim, the missing item will be shipped to you.

Return Process: Accepted returns are refunded minus shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee. Contact us for shipping labels and further information.

Chargebacks: Chargebacks are considered fraudulent and will be treated as such. Contact us to resolve any product issues before considering a chargeback.
